HOW CAN I BOOK/REGISTER FOR A CLASS?

At Defender One Training Solutions, LLC, we are working professionals. We teach the concepts that we use during our full time jobs to ensure the highest quality training. Because of this, we do not offer set class times. Instead, simply contact us via email, phone, messages or the contact us page and let us know what classes you're interested in. We'll work with your schedule to get you into the classroom or range as soon as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy is simple:
- Cancel 10 days or more before class 90% refund.
- Cancel 5 days or more before class 50% refund
- Cancel 3-5 days before class 25% refund 
- Cancel less than 3 days before class, unfortunately we are unable to give refunds in this case. However, we understand that things do come up, so we will work with you to find an amicable solution.

HOW DO I PAY FOR CLASSES?

After you have contacted us, we will send you an invoice for the cost of your chosen class. 50% of the class price is required as a deposit, with the remaining 50% paid at the time of the class.
